Where do we ship to?

Our ship into Australia is FREE of charge using Australia Post.

We also ship 🌏Worldwide adding just a symbolic FLAT RATE fee of 15$ ( unless shipping costs in some countries may exceed the flat rate fee).

Your order will be delivered by your respective National postal service.

What about Express Shipping?:

In Australia ONLY we can offer Australia Post's Express Post service for only 8 AUD, which includes tracking.

Our order will generally be delivered the next working day (once shipped) on Australia Post's Express Post delivery network.

How fast is shipping?

Regular domestic shipping for Australian orders should arrive within 2-10 working days of dispatch (taking into account weekends and public holidays).

Express shipments for Australian orders will generally arrive the next working day after dispatch, provided you are in Australia Post's Express Post delivery network.
Note: we are not responsible if your parcel is delayed and we cannot be guaranteeing a next-day delivery service. Luckily we don't ship ice cream!

International shipping speeds vary depending on the country of origin but are generally between 6 and 15 working days. Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible for any custom clearance charges applicable to your order (if any). Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Various:

All prices include a 10% GST and are quoted in AUD.

International transactions are charged in Australian dollars at the most current exchange rate for your country's currency.

We are not responsible for any VAT or other taxes that may be added by customs in the country of entry.

Pick Up:

If you work or leave in Sydney, We can always meet you and drop you your brand new straps, and if you offer us a coffee we can fit the straps for you.
